It’s great to have all the boys and girls in 3rd and 4th class back safe and well after the Christmas holidays. After the buzz of the Christmas Show we are all ready to settle back into our school routine and work hard for the next term.
Starting off the New Year, we are delighted to welcome Ms. Kennedy and Ms. Casey from Mary I to our class for Teaching Practice. Everyone is enjoying the creative ideas and activities they are bringing to our lessons.
We are going to be super busy over the next few months with loads of events coming up. We have golf skills, Grandparents’ Day, Peace Proms, Pancake Tuesday, Engineers’ Week and St. Patrick’s Day to look forward to.
We will also be enjoying some thematic teaching on interesting topics including the Vikings, so don’t panic if you see some intimidating warriors with shields roaming the school grounds.
