O'Donoghue Cup Final

The Final of the O' Donoghue Football Cup took place on Monday 25th June at 1.00. Jack Cassidy and Molly Griffin captained the two teams. A special word of praise to both captains who encouraged their teams throughout and displayed great leadership with their play. It was a hard fought match in difficult warm weather conditions and credit to both teams for their dedication and endurance. Jack Cassidy's team came out as winners on the day. Well done to Jack and everyone who took place in the finals! Thank you to the supporters who attended and to Mr. Russell and Paddy Ivess for reffing the matches!
