Skip Hop

We were delighted to welcome back Lee from Skip Hop for a fun filled day of skipping in Kilcornan! Lee travelled all the way from England to coach the boys and girls in skipping and skipping techniques. He began with Juniors and worked on basic skills such as holding the skipping rope correctly, skipping, partner skipping and group skipping. Lee then moved onto skipping using double dutch ropes, speed skipping, partner skipping and skipping challenges with the older classes. The day culminated with a skipping demonstration for all classes and parents in the community hall. Thank you to all parents who attended and a big thank you to our expert instructor Lee. We look forward to seeing him again next year!
