Grandparents' Day 2019

We celebrated Grandparents' Day in Kilcornan on Friday the 1st of February. Thank you to the community council for the use of the hall and our super Parents' Council for providing refreshments. There was a massive turn out of parents, grandparents and great grandparents and we are very grateful to everyone who attended! The attendees were treated to a variety of poetry, songs, dancing and traditional music from juniors to sixth class. The senior robotics team displayed their competition robot for the Dell VexRobotics Competition this month. We were also treated to Samuel performing Irish dancing and Cian displaying his All Ireland winning showjumping trophies! We are so proud of all our pupils and delighted to welcome their families to celebrate with us on this special day!
