Congratulations to Ms. Mullane and her fifth and sixth class! They successfully designed and built a working robot for Dell's Vex Robotics competition! The class worked in teams on a variety of topics such design, PR, construction, presentation and controlling the robot. They competed against lots of other schools in Dell on the day of the competition and got to the final seven teams. We are so proud of them! This was a fantastic opportunity for the pupils to combine Maths, I.T, Science, Literacy and many other subjects in a fun setting. It is a learning experience they will always remember and we look forward to entering again next year! A big thank you also to parent Úna Murphy and Mrs. Quinn for their help on this project.
