Christmas Show December 2019

Kilcornan National School's annual Christmas Show took place on Tuesday 17th December. We are so proud of all our pupils who performed excellently in both the matinee and evening performances. The pantomime version of Cinderella was a huge success and we are very thankful to Kate Upton for her hard work in preparing the pupils for this. Our Christmas show encompasses the curricular subjects of Drama, Music, Physical Education, Oral language and gives pupils the opportunity to develop life skills such as confidence performing on stage and public speaking. We would like to thank the parents and family who attended, Kilcornan community council for the use of the hall and Mike O'Connell for his help preparing the stage. Thank you to our hardworking staff and our newly elected Parents' Council for providing refreshments and a raffle.
