Climate Action Week took place from 16th to 20th October. On Tuesday 17th, students from all classes made a conscious effort to pack a zero waste lunch. No power hour was held on Thursday from 9.30 to 10.30 am and it was lovely to see the children engaging in outdoor maths trails, playing board games and participating in mindfulness and yoga activities during this hour. As well as this, 5th and 6th class undertook a Zoom where they learned the importance of reducing food waste. They also completed training for Climate Ambassadors 23/24. Well done to children from all classes for making a difference.
