6th Class Mid Term Update

Welcome back to another school year! We were so happy to be reunited with all our friends.

The past couple of months have been very busy settling back into routines. We are all working so hard in our pods.

During the nice weather, we took the opportunity to read outside and enjoy the sunshine!

In PE we completed obstacle courses. We all encouraged the other members of our teams.

We have been very busy doing lots of art activities. We recreated our favourite emojis and drew some portraits. We also took inspiration from Vincent Van Gogh and recreated our own Starry Night.

In English we have been working on making predictions and recount writing. We particularly loved ‘One Boy’s War’ by Lynn Huggins-Cooper.

We loved dressing up for Halloween and supporting the Butterfly Club in Rathkeale. We had a super fun day together!
